Maintenance and points needs attention during use 

General direction:

Dock leveler need regular check and maintenance.Once some hidden danger  is found, remove them immediately.This  is useful for improving working efficiency and service life  as well as maintaining the safety function  of dock ramp. 

Maintenance and up-keeping requirement 

1．Lubricate the pins that has grease nipple once with grease every month .Lubricate the moving joint with engine oil. 

2．Replace the hydraulic oil after the first  3 months of use.After that, replace the hydraulic oil once a year.The oil quantity  should  follow aforesaid quantity. Meanwhile , conduct a comprehensive overhaul.

Matters need attention during maintenance and up-keeping 

1．The strut rod must be braced up during cleaning and maintenance of the dock ramp. 

2．The truck must be fixed and can not move during loading&unloading.
