Powder Coating

With an advanced powder spraying production line, the surface of our shelving or racking are glory beautiful and last longer. Before spraying, all components are degreased and rust removed, phosphated and cleaned before being dried. The epoxy painting powder can adhere to the surface much better on the shelving or racks.

Spraying process：

Objects on line  --> Surface treatment(Greasy rust removal or Rusty removing by steel grit) --> Cleaning --> Drying --> Spraying --> Curing --> Objects off line --> Packaging --> Loading
